On Site Support

GensCorp IT offers an on-site support service which includes troubleshooting and hardware problem resolution, by on-call technicians, to repair or replace hardware/software as required.

This service includes, but is not limited to: Desktop PC’s, Laptops, Servers, Terminals or Monitors, Network Hardware (Switches, Hubs, Routers, Firewall, VPN Appliances), Point-of-Sale (POS) Stations, Thin Client Workstations, UPS (Power Supplies) and Printers.

Our on-site technicians conduct all systems and network upgrades and changes using our rigorously defined internal processes.
